This outstanding show standard Jaguar XK150 has been subject of a two year, £125,000 full body off, nut and bolt restoration. The car was brought over to the UK from the United States a couple of years ago and then fully rebuilt by a Yorkshire classic car restoration company who are known Aston Martin specialists. A full photographic record of the work is with the car including invoices and the car is as one would expect when new. The Jaguar has completed just a handful of miles since completion and due to arrive with us in a few weeks running in.

The XK150 is a matching numbers car with correct orignal engine and orignal chassis. The car has the desirable upgrade to five speed manual gearbox and has been painted Indigo Blue with brand new Grey leather upholstery. The XK chassis is like new, the entire underside is as new and the car is fitted with brand new chrome wire wheels and new tyres. The bodywork is first class with stunning straight panels and the paintwork finish gleams. Chrome work is excellent with the exception of the boot handle which is orignal but still in good order.

Mechanically the car is first class having had the engine and gearbox fully rebuilt. All brakes, steering, suspension, rear axle are like and ancillaries have all been replaced or rebuilt. The car is now UK registered and is having some final touches carried out such as hood adjustments and minor detail items. On completion the car will be delivered to us but we are happy to discuss the car with potential buyers prior to arrival and even hold the vehicle should there be serious interest. This is a rare opportunity to buy a genuine XK150 Roadster that has not been used since rebuild.

Unique Jaguar: a Jaguar XK150 OTS with a special polished aluminum race body. Completely hand-built. The car is matching numbers on chassis engine and hood with Jaguar Heritage Certificate. The chassis engine and head are from 1958; the interior is water-repellent Burgundy leather. The chassis has been completely treated and renewed where necessary. The 3.4 liter engine has been completely overhauled and modified new 2 inch carburetors Borg Warner 5 speed gearbox. Lightweight starter ring gear new wiring harness water pump oil pump and radiator & 123 ignition New brake lines brake discs pedal box and oil reservoir. In addition a new aluminum fuel tank including lines and pump. Special stainless steel race exhaust. Spoke wheels and tires are new. The drive shaft and cordon have also been overhauled and the springs and shock absorbers front and rear (+ bearings) have all been renewed.
