This 1957 Jaguar XK140 Drophead Coupe is a matching numbers example with factory overdrive. Primrose yellow with burgundy interior and black soft-top. Would benefit from minor cosmetics and servicing as it's been off the road and in storage for the last few years. The previous owner owned the car for 40 years. It runs and drives and is mechanically sound but should be serviced prior to active use. Straight body and overall solid undercarriage. The older repaint is showing its age in a few places with some cracks and there is some pitting of the chrome. The interior will also require some attention as the wood trim needs to be redone and the steering wheel is not original to the car. This is a Jaguar with a lot of potential. With a little effort, it could be a presentable driver quality car. An exciting opportunity and excellent value for any marque enthusiast or collector.
