I am currently in the USA and have sighted an XK120 roadster that is quite clearly 673282 it stamped onto front cross member and alongside the exhaust albeit on top of chassis rail not on the correct plinth. The body number coincides with the chassis number and the original colour was cream and all this info is confirmed on the JDT heritage certificate.
This car has never left the USA.
So the car featured here as 651XUB is certainly not 673282.
If the car pictured here has a similiar chassis number it will be error in reading the number due to difficulty reading stampings that are on the top of chassis rail.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
