this car is for sale now on mobile.de , the car lies
in Lancaster UK, "recently imported",
instead it was imported and sold 1 year ago by a known trader and restorer of uk, so we are almost sure it is a fake. the name of seller,
as per "modified" Heritage certificate, is Dario Linari, and the bank details are from London. Take care guys as always.

Hello,
This car 678160 was damaged in a collision and left abandoned in a vacant lot in Seattle, Washington in the early 1970's. Most parts and pieces had been removed but I salvaged its remains, used a few parts for my XK120 DHC, then had the chassis cleaned, painted, and I stored the chassis in my garage. Unfortunately, the brass number plate on the front of the chassis was sandblasted and is no longer readable.. This chassis number is from a stamping on the chassis near the master brake cylinder.
All the best

Thank you Ken, its good to know its current status. Clearly the 2012 comment is proven that the car in the UK was a fake.
