This 1958 Jaguar XK150 S roadster was completed on October 9, 1958, and was fitted with a GM 350ci V8 and a GM-sourced four-speed manual transmission prior to the selling dealer’s 2024 acquisition. An Edelbrock carburetor and a dual exhaust system with Hooker mufflers are also equipped. Finished in black over red leather upholstery, the car has a black soft top, 16″ wire-spoke knock-off wheels, fender-mounted mirrors, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and Smiths instrumentation. This modified XK150 S is now offered with a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate and a clean Massachusetts title listing the car as a 1959 model.
The car is finished in black and equipped with a black soft top, fender-mounted mirrors, fender vents, and chrome bumpers with overriders.
Knock-off 16″ wire wheels wear Michelin X series tires, and four-wheel disc brakes are equipped. The seller reports that the car needs an alignment.
The cabin houses seats trimmed in red leather upholstery, which is complemented by color-coordinated carpets and door panels. A fire extinguisher is stored behind the passenger seat.
A wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel is equipped, and centrally mounted Smiths instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer reads 57k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
Power is provided by a GM 350ci V8 that was installed under prior ownership and fitted with an Edelbrock carburetor. The dual exhaust system has Hooker mufflers.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a GM-sourced 4-speed manual transmission. Rust on underside components is visible.
The Jaguar Heritage Trust Production Record Trace Certificate lists a manufacture date of October 9, 1958, along with factory identification numbers and specifications.
