Purhcased by me through my company Classic Motor Action, Belgium on January 11, 1989 from Julie Belknap of Laguna Beach, California. She was buying a new house and therefore decided to sell the car.
It was imported in Belgium on March 01, 1989. The XK was a very good solid and rusrfree car with beautiful paint and panel gaps. The chrome was excellent as well and the interior had been very nicely re-upholstered in black, however with seats in vynil. The car was running well but needed a full service. It was sold to a Belgian client after full inspection, the painted wire wheels and white wall tyres were replaced with new chrome wheels and excellent radial tyres and the car was made road worthy for frequent use. I purchased the car back in late 1992 and sold it to another Belgian client.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
