1957 JAGUAR XK 150 COUPE 3,8 LITRES
French registration
Chassis # S834523BW
Engine # V1591-7
- No reserve
- The last of the XK line
- Matching numbers
- Same owner since 1981
This XK 150 coupe was purchased in March 1981 in a castle near Montpellier. It comes equipped with a six-cylinder 3.8-liter that is original, and is mated to a Borg-Warner automatic transmission. The owner says that the rear axle and differential has been replaced. Cream-coloured, this car has wheels shod with whitewall tyres and spokes and still has its yellow headlamps. The cabin comes equipped with brown leather seats with light gray carpet, all with a very nice patina. Accompanied by its advertising brochure of origin, this coupé is in good condition as it was stored for a decade in a dry garage, and so will need some revision and servicing before restarting and use, and therefore will be sold without technical inspection. Once sorted out, it can bring to its new owner the joys of a powerful engine in a form that helped forge the legend of Jaguar.
Estimation 25 000 - 35 000 €
Sold for 30,083 €
