Very beautiful British Racing Green 1953 JAGUAR XK120 FIXED HEAD COUPE with original brown interior, nice wooden dashboard and black period sport seats. (Original seats are with the car).
This coupe is equipped with the famous 3 ½ liter double overhead camshaft XK engine with double SU carburetors, producing 180 hp and a top speed of 194 km/h (120 mph). Attached to the 4 speed manual MOSS gearbox. Drum brakes all around and with a set off chrome wire wheels with central Rudge-Withworth knock off hubs.
This matching numbers XK120 has a FIVA identity card.
It was an originally Belgium delivered car. Delivered to the importer in Belgium: Belgian Motor Co. and then supplied to the first owner M.G. Baron de Giey.
Last ownership since 2001. During these 13 years the car has been competing in several rallies and concourse around Europe. Very well sorted mechanically - the 6 cylinder runs powerful and smooth.
This XK 120 runs, drives and looks perfectly. Don't' miss this chance to own a piece of British automotive history.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
