this is the oldest XK120 Alloy car in Switzerland. After it got used extensively and got known as the "red alloy" It got carefully put back to its original appearance. Most of its bodyskin was retained, but the wooden frame is fully new. The car is now cream again and has no wire wheels anymore. the only thing that reminds of the "red alloy" is a roundabout, that carries roundabout art, based on pictures of how the car once looked.

I looked through my records and I believe that I owned #670018 in the early 1970s when I lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. I bought it out of Houston, Texas and traded it to Roland Duce in England for a 1934 Morgan MX4 Super Sport. I do still own my alloy XK120 chassis #670069 which I have had for 41 years now.

A couple of years ago, I traded #670069 for $80,000 plus a 1930 Rolls-Royce Phantom 1 Convertible by Brewster.
The 120 went to Guy Berryman in England.
