Car was restored in Florida with the color change. I purchased it at Barrett-Jackson in 2001. All numbers match except the body
# is nowhere to be found. As there are certain aspects of the body that are not consistent with a 1959 "S" model, I suspect the chassis has been re-bodied with a later, non-"S" body.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
