Car is impeccably restored with retained minor customizations that were done by an original owner in England such as Webasto Tudor sunroof, Bleumels woodrim wheel, Wingard wing mirrors, badgebar, 1937 Desmo leaper bonnet mascot and "3.8" and "S" badging on bootlid.

I spent several hours in Los Angeles in Feb 2008 looking all over this RHD 3.8S FHC T825304DN in minute detail, and apart from the deliberate/specific modifications as per original owner as mentioned by Lofty above, this XK would be equal to the best of the best I have seen anywhere. The attention to minute originality detail is truly amazing as is the standard of workmanship that aspires to replicate how this XK would have looked on the Henlys Showroom in 1960. This XK represents an originality and workmanship standard that those trying to achieve for a 100.0 point Concours car should aspire to and the XK runs perfectly as well. Roger Payne

As of early 2012, this car has now returned to Saint Hill Manor, East Grinstead, Sussex, England where it is housed in it's own climate controlled garage. The car was owned by L. Ron Hubbard at this location back in 1961. It was located after years of exhaustive search in England in 2006 where it had been sitting in a shed for 30 years. Car was shipped to Los Angeles, California, USA and meticulously restored by John Brousseau (JB) in 2007. It has now returned home to England and is kept as a museum piece as part of the L. Ron Hubbard estate.
