    Sellers description:
1960 Jaguar XK150 Drop Head Coupe with numbers-matching drive train, arrow-straight original body. Excellent basis for 100 pt restoration. No accidents whatseover in 51 years. Engine is in sound running condition. Never restored, and I believe the odometer reading of 55810 is the original miles. Chrome in good condition. Most original tools and original jack are included. This beautiful car had been stored in a Silicon Valley garage for over 30 years. It's longterm owner drove it during his early career and parked it around 1980. He always meant to restore it, but after talking with him for several month I convinced him to sell the car to me. Gino got the engine running and it sounds great, with nice even compression. We cleaned the undercarriage to show all the original metal and the perfect original structure. Some rust, but in very good condition overall.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
