car for sale: en.classicpark.com/car/1280/jaguar-xk-150-dhc
Description:
The manually geared 1959 Jaguar XK 150 DHC on offer at Classic Park is in very good condition and equipped with a Jaguar E-type engine. The particularly stylish color combination of Old English White with beige elements and the beige mohair hood combines beautifully with the red leather interior and red wire wheels. A striking appearance, imported in 1993 from the US. In subsequent years, the car has been very well maintained and optimized. The XK 150 is equipped with: chrome wing nuts, Vredestein (Classic Sprint) tires, two front headlights, two rear-view mirrors on the wheel-arches, aluminum valve cover, fog light at the rear, seat belts, 12 volt socket, 123 ignition, wooden Moto Lita steering wheel, main circuit switch with key and a stainless steel luggage rack. After restoration, the KM-counter was turned to zero and the car has since driven only 2,712 km.

Hi,
I own this car since dec 2016 and tried to improve some parts of it like the engine which had two broken piston rings. I installed a 5 speed Toyota box and refitted the original dash grey leather centre piece as well as an original four spoke black steering wheel. If anyone knows anything on the history of the car, please shout.
