Opening bid $45,600 reserve not met, no bids yet, 10 days left in auction. Buy it now price $88,500.
Sellers description:
This is a three owner Jaguar that was refurbished fifteen years ago, driven a thousand miles then covered in quilts inside the carriage house. We pulled the car out, oiled it up, charged the battery, put fresh gas in the tank and off we went! The body panels are as perfect as when they left the factory. The body gaps are as good as when the car was assembled. The car shows no signs of accident or rust history. I found one spot of rust on one of the cross members of one the battery trays. The paint is very nice with fifteen years of patina, no cracking or crazing but a couple small chips. The car is extremely strong in the mechanical department.Brakes have been redone with fresh calipers, exhaust is new front to rear in stainless steel, suspension rubber all in good order.Chrome is perfect, as is all glass. Leather, carpets, door panels, top and headliner, ALL PERFECT!The numbers match throughout the car, chassis number S837485, engine number V4299-8, gearbox number M4629J, body number P6575

The wonderful matching numbers DHC on offer here today, finished in Carmen Red with Black leather interior, has come from the dry state of California via Rome where the car was re-painted and re-chromed to a high standard. It was also in Rome where the new hood was fitted. Having come from California, the car has remained a largely original example with unmolested panelling and as a result has excellent shut lines.
On its arrival to the UK, #S837485 received a thorough mechanical overhaul by renowned UK Jaguar specialists and is now described to be excellent condition throughout.
