the XK150 is on auction ar "the Market"
themarket.bonhams.com/de/listings/jaguar/xk150/6d1935b3-1a50-422b-b8f0-28c29776e ...
The auction car appears to be fully standard as well as intact, with all factory correct trim and brightwork intact. Wide whitewalls are 100% period correct and were often fitted to these cars from new, and particularly to North American market examples.
Das Innere
Inside the cabin, the driver is presented with a beautiful and enticing four-spoke steering wheel mounted to a telescopic, reach adjustable column. The manual gearbox is particularly sought-after in these late production XK-series cars, and is certainly better paired to the race-bred, Le Mans-winning twin cam straight-six in the long, graceful nose.
Darunter
The XK150 was available with both 3.4 and 3.8 liter variants of Jaguar’s amazing twin-cam straight-six, and the auction car represents one of the more desirable offered options with its dual-carb, 220 horsepower 3.8 SE specification.
Geschichte
The auction car is offered with limited historical documentation.
