Ebay item 1/30/10 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-XK150-1960-JAGUAR-XK150-COUPE-SOLID-with-ALOT-of- ...
Current bid $10,000 reserve not met, 7 bids 6 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
Here is a good solid JAGUAR XK150 Coupe. This is a very solid car - no rust repair needed. The paint on this car is cracking and needs to be stripped and redone. Under the cracking is solid clean metal - not rust! All of the door gaps and body seam are very good on this care - thats a rare find! The chrome is in nice condition. The interior is beige leather, and it is in nice condition. This car was used regularily up until last summer when it developed some electrical issues. I would recommend fitting a new wiring harness. The engine cranks over, but currently wont start due to the electrical issues. We are trying to devote some time to get it running before the car sells. This is not a numbers matching car - the engine was replaced during the 80's with a 4.2L Jaguar engine - looks the same, just more powerful. Carbs are original, as well as the rest of the car. This car has alot of potential, and with a minimal amount of work could be an excellent driver - or go the extra mile and make a show car out of it. We have a clear NJ title in hand, and this car has had the same owner since 1987 and the car has a very low original mileage of 71,431. The serial number is S836454
