It is BRG, but a very, very dark version of BRG. It now has Borrani wheels and Michelin Pilote X tyres.

Yes, AFAIK the 1950's (ca. 1952-1960) version of BRG was indeed very dark, also the very common combination in restorations nowadays: BRG/Tan is SUPPOSED to look like that, although some call that "Pumpkin", or "Orange" or "Brown" Jaguar called that interior colour "Tan". Most people, who do not know any better would call "Biscuit" or even lighter "Beige" tan, but that was not the case with Jaguar. "Pigskin" can also be correct as it was the same colour, originally that was called "Pigskin Grain Tan" but again I think the only real "Pigskin" (with that grain and not just the colour) was NLA after ca. 1952 as documented in MKVII brochures. That is the same colour from Connolly was available with different grain, so basically not all "Tan" was "Pigskin" but all Jaguar "Pigskin" interiors were "Tan" in colour. Cheers!
