Opening bid $5,000, no reserve, no bids yet, 6 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
1958 Jaguar XK150 Fixed Head Coupe (FHC). The car has been sitting in a leaky barn for 20+ years. There is rust on roof and many panels, but the frame is in good condition. This car was looked at by a rust specialist and it was determined that it could be completely repaired for approximately $5,000. The engine turns, but needs a new cylinder head before it will run. It has a four-speed overdrive manual transmission and is complete including original Jaguar jacks and toolkit. One door is off the car due to rust damage. This car is approximately 99% complete.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
