I've owned the car since 1980 and have registered it every year since then. Bought it for $1,800 and spent the good part of my life restoring while driving. Although the paint is over 35 years old, it still is presentable. One comment I'd like to make is that the "new" brake servo and vacuum tank parts available on the market today from several vendors along with a total re-sleeve/resealing of the brake calipers is a must in order to enjoy the outstanding disc brakes and stopping power of these wonderful Jaguars.
