Car has an opening bid of $7,500, no bids 1 day left in auction. Note number unconfirmed, corrections welcomed.

    Sellers description:
No Data Plate, the sequence of the Chassis Number..S831362...and Engine #..V54098...and Body#...F16339...that this XK-150 would me a matching # 1959 Jaguar......................Very Poor Condition.....Very Rusted.....Frame Rusted and Broken Apart....Collapsed on the ground.....No Title...No Data Plate....Not Sure of Year.....No Top....No Rotor + Hub Assembly on Right Front.....Missing 2 Wheels among other things.....The Wheel on the Left Front is not a Jaguar wheel and is just sitting on the Jag Hub.....Does Not Roll......Windshield and Both Door Glass are Good.

The engine and body numbers given are entirely plausible with this chassis number. Do you have a g/box number ? The build date is 1958 September

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
