Car for sale at:
www.carnbosaverngarage.com/vehicles/1959-jaguar-xk150

Seller's description:
With only 2 owners from new, this 1959 Jaguar XK150 3.4 DHC is a very rare home market example, that is available to be purchased and restored to your own specification.

We rescued this car from a barn in November 2020, where it had been stored for almost 50 years (circa 1975). It has only 2 owners from new and is an original right hand drive with matching numbers. This is confirmed on the original log book, as well as on the Jaguar Heritage Certificate, both of which we have in our history file for the car.

Prior to storage in their barn, the previous owner appears to have briefly started the restoration, with the car pulled apart and the shell sand blasted. We have since stripped the car down to a bare chassis, which we will sand blast, etch prime and spray in 2 pack Satin Black. The original chassis is in excellent original condition.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
