I purchased the car in 2016. The registration number when I purchased the car was 294 YUG which was allocated in 2012 after the previous owner had renovated the car. I imported the car to Guernsey and it was registered as 41262. I recently re-registered it and the number is now 14500. Updated January 16th, 2021. Not legal proof of ownership. |

Sellers description:
Jaguar XK150 DHC RHD 1958 - SOLD
Chassis number - S827253
Jaguar XK150 drophead coupé 3.4 with overdrive gearbox. This car is an original, UK, right hand drive car. This car has been with the HERO (Historic Endurance Rallying Organisation) for the past few year and has been used in their events.
Originally supplied through Henleys Ltd , London in 1958. Finished in Old English white with Red Leather interior the car is believed to have covered just 43,000 miles, though this is not documented, and has only two previous owners.
In 2004 the car underwent extensive restoration work including much bodywork. Further work to all aspects of the body and mechanical were also undertaken at the time. There is full documented history of bills to back up this period of the car.
The car was then bought by HERO in 2012 and since then has been well looked after with circa £19,000.00 of receipts to back up the continued maintenance of the vehicle both mechanical and bodywork. The vehicle was MOT'd in March of this year and comes with a Jaguar Heritage Certificate for further history of the car.
