Car to be at auction 9/14

    Auction description:
    Lot No:
    Manufacturer Jaguar Cars
    Model XK150 DHC
    First Registered 1958
    Registration No VUL 799
    Engine No V42628
    Chassis No S827101DN
    MOT Not Req
    Colour Maroon

Offered here a 1958 example of the 156 DHC, which has been in the same ownership for around 33 years and was bought, as a restoration project, from a Mr D. Wilcox of Worsley, Manchester.

The car has been restored and formed part of a large and eclectic collection, which is now being offered for sale due to the death of the owner. It is in restored condition but the owner was in the process of renewing the hood when he passed away, so the car is offered without the hood but compete with the hood frame, still attached and the materials to complete the work.#

This is and excellent example of the range topping 150 DHC, which has been lovingly restored by a very skilled ameture. The body has benefited from many new panel and is in very sound order, while the paint work is a good, amateur finish. The interior is in super, original condition and the car us said to be mechanically good.

More information and pictures will be provided once we have the vehicle in our care.

    Guide Price: £45000 to £55000
