This particular 1959 Jaguar XK150 fixed head coupe is a manual example and it has been with the present owner for many years and has been maintained to a very high standard during that time. A new clutch, exhaust system, battery, tyres and carpets have been fitted during the last 1000 miles as well as having the leather re-connolised. We are informed that the car drives extremely well with wire wheels but the overdrive is not working at present.
This is a very good example indeed of the supercar from Jaguar and the owner believes that the mileage of 44000 could be genuine from new.

This example was first registered on the 4th June 1959 and is described by the vendor as being in good overall condition throughout. Finished in red with tan leather interior, it comes complete with a Webasto style sunshine roof, history file containing a number of old invoices, MoT certificates, buff log book, heritage certificate and a current MoT certificate. The car is also described as driving extremely well. An excellent chance to acquire a much-loved classic which is ready to be enjoyed.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
