This example was originally assembled in Coventry on 9 March 1959, then delivered in its original duco, Pearl Grey, on 11 March 1959 to one Mr R.C Kendall on order of Cycle & Carriage Co, Malaya. Following Kendall’s proprietorship, this XK150 made journey to South Africa where it was maintained under private collection, reportedly by Cyril Hendler of Alberton North. Documentation indicates that it was exported by Hendler to Adam McKenzie of Melbourne, Australia where again it was maintained as part of a private collection. In 2016 it current owners conducted a minor restoration to its current exterior colour of white.

I bought it online last year, fixing door hinges properly then getting conditional rego in NSW for a Sunday driver.
tempted to go back to original colour bit sticking with white ( even if it is the wrong Jag white).
