Jaguar XK150SE 1958
Restored only needs upholstery and final assembly.
Some paint blemishes, no rust
History from E-Bay Seller
The jag was was originally from England. Brought out here by an English immigrant. Second owner did the restoration, about 30 years ago. All rust removed and replacement panels fitted. Mechanical parts reconditioned. Full body off restoration. No upholstery work done. Third owner bought the car. After some years vehicle was put up for sale, due to divorce case. Fourth owner, that’s me. Bought the car July 9-2002. Due to the global financial crash I need to sell the jag to complete another project. The passengers door needs to be repainted. I have the paint. Trim parts are mostly there. The upholstery can be bought in kit form to finish the car.

This car was purchased from Cliff Hall by Michael Hall in March 2009. Although the previously listed information states that the body had been restored and the body painted, it had been done to a poor standard. We restored this car through 2010/2011 which included removal of the body from the chassis and rectifying the worst of the bodywork, repainting and then retrimming the car. Machanically the car was quite original, just needed recommissioning. Restored to a nice standard. Gavin King www.concours.com.au

Does anyone know what the original GB registration was, please?

Original UK registration was 626GPL. Bought in 1968 in south London by a visiting Aussie, used locally, then brought to Australia.
