The Jaguar XK150 ‘SE”’ 3.4 Fixed Head Coupe offered here at Autostorico is finished in its original colour of Cotswold Blue with Grey leather interior. Having left the factory on 22nd April 1958, Chassis No: 824375 was supplied to its first owner via Henlys London and registered as 999 CAE. Passing through several owners during its earlier years it’s been well maintained with considerable documented history finally passing to its current owner a jaguar enthusiast in 2021.
He undertook a no expense spared body off nut and bolt restoration carried out by marque specialist Ruston Engineering Ltd. Works included removing the engine, gearbox and stripping the whole body, before a bare metal respray. The car was also subject to a full mechanical overhaul including a complete engine rebuild. Other notable works included full re-wire, full interior re-trim including carpets, replace front and rear wheel bearings along with suspension bushes and joints, Brake overhaul and fitting new tyres.
The car comes complete with an extensive history file including a current V5 registration document, heritage certificate and numerous invoices.

One of 1,368 right-hand drive fixed-head coupés made, this Jaguar XK150 to SE specification is finished in its original colour of Cotswold Blue with grey leather interior. Chassis number '824375DN' left the factory on 22nd April 1958 and was supplied to its first owner via Henlys in London. The car was registered as '999 CAE'. Passing through the hands of several owners during its early years, the XK was nevertheless well maintained and comes with extensive history. The current vendor, a Jaguar enthusiast, acquired the car in 2021.
Since then he has commissioned a body-off restoration, which was carried out by marque specialists Rushton Engineering Ltd.
