I have found a cool original document about this car's history. The car was traded-in here locally on a 68 XKE coupe by the original owner.

The document which GP is referring to is a Dec 1967 Sales Contract whereas Car No. "S818933BW" was taken in on trade for a new E-type by a dealership outside of St. Louis, Missouri. IT'S ALIVE! in St. Louis owns the E-type in question the documentation for which has said sales contract. Should the current owner of "S818933BW" like a copy, they can contact us directly.
