The seller of the 1956-manufactured XK140 drophead coupe on offer tells us that paintwork, interior, 3.4 engine and transmission are all very good. The car was apparently imported from Holland already restored in 1999, re-registered for the UK and converted from left to right hand drive in 2000. Bills for the more recent work carried out are on file with the vendor describing the car as being well sorted and 69,134 miles were displayed on the odometer when entered for this sale.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
