    Sellers description:
Very solid restoration candidate of the timeless XK 140FHC. Just bought out of large private collection where it has been stored inside since 1988. Good history, showing car came from second owner who had since 1975. Matching # engine and transmission that we got started in a few days. Does need major service of course but excellent compression. Looks to have always been white with very straight rust free body and decent trim and glass. Car looks to have started restoration many years ago then owner just had too many cars to keep up and eventually passed away leaving several of his collection midway restored. Interior is all there except door panels but needs to be redone of course. All rockers and jams are solid as well as the trunk and floors. Engine compartment is decent but once gain needs finishing. Brakes had started a service then stopped but all parts are there. Underneath is very solid with pictures available upon request. Overall a good car that needs to be brought back to its former glory. CAR IS AN AUTOMATIC NOT A MANUAL!!
