Sellers description:
1957 JAGUAR XK140(FHC) FULL RESTORATION
This restoration began seven years ago. There is no rest or bondo in this car. All the metal was stripped before it was
painted BR Green. The 4.2 engine was completely rebuilt (The original engine was a 3.4 so the numbers don’t match),and has less than 500 miles on it. The automatic transmission was also rebuilt. In the interior all the wood and gauges have been renewed and all the interior has new Tan Connolly leather as is the Tan carpeting and door panels. All the rubber has been renewed. The wheels are painted and the tires have about 80% tread left. The car is really quick and fun to drive. As far as I know the car has always been in South Carolina. Other things you should know. The windshield wiper motor is not Jaguar, the front bumper has a two inch square section that needs rechromed.
