No First Owner Recorded on Heritage Certificate

Owner: Ken Smiley

Regional Advocate for XKClub for Kansas (USA) and member of the Heart of America Jaguar Club and JCNA. Car was originally purchased by my father in the late 60's, developed a leak in the gas tank and sat until 2002 when I began working on it. By 2009 I had it running again and continued to work on the car until embarking on a full restoration in 2016 to 2017.

Car sat for 37 years until I got it running again for my father's 80th birthday. I could use some help with some questions about fixing some things on the car that don't work (turn signals, etc.) I have video of it running at www.planetporsche.net/files/Jaguar1.zip

Began body and interior restoration work in November 2016 and finished in December 2017 with complete frame off restoration. Fully documented and now returned to original color combo of cream exterior (old English white), red interior and black top per the Jaguar Heritage certificate.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
