Drivetrain: RWD
The definition of elegance is this 1956 Jaguar XK140 MC Roadster that has been in one family and had a Concourse restoration done in the 80's. The XK140 MC is a very hard Jaguar to find and is know as the Special Equipment model with options like: wire wheels Lucas FT576 foglamps mounted above the front bumper C-Type head developed for the C-Type Le Mans race car and the horsepower was raised to 210 at 5750 rpm dual exhaust system which used two separate silencers with pipes running through holes in the chassis cross members and emerging below the rear over-rider. Additionally it is fitted with a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. In the boot you find the factory tool it and hammer for the wire wheels as well as the side windows and interior cover. Done in the factory Indigo Blue over Gray leather with Blue pipping on the seat and a black soft top this car looks stunning. Numbers matching 6cly with 4-speed transmission and all in good running shape and ready for any drive you would like to take. All used vehicles should be assumed tohave some degree of wear. No Vehicle is perfect for everyone. Despite ourefforts to verify a vehicle's mechanical condition; we are not able to warrantya manufacturer’s workmanship or previous owner’s diligence in care or use.
