I came home from the hospital in 1952 in an MGTD. My Dad bought an XK-120M new in 1954. It has been in my custody for almost twenty five years and I maintain it in a state of arrested decay so future generations can have all the fun I've had working on the car and dealing with the Lucas electrics. I was two years old (1954) when my Dad brought the 120 home. According to "family legend" I busted him before he was able to sweet talk my Mom about the new car by blurting out "Here comes Daddy in a new Jaguar!". I still have the Jag and maintain it in a state of arrested decay so future generations can know the thrills of dealing with Lucas electrics.
