This 1954 Jaguar XK120 Roadster is finished in white over red leather and is powered by a 3.4-liter inline-six equipped with dual SU carburetors and paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The seller acquired the car seven years ago, reportedly from former NFL player and coach Mike Ditka. Features include a split windscreen, a Kenwood CD stereo, a black fabric tonneau cover, fender-mounted side-view mirrors, Wilwood front disc brakes, and wire wheels with knock-off hubs. This XK120 Roadster is now being offered with a California title in the seller’s name. Includes a black tonneau cover along with chrome trim, split front bumpers, dual exhaust outlets, and fender-mounted side-view mirrors.
Chrome wire wheels feature knock-off hubs with two-eared spinners and are wrapped in wide whitewall tires. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood front discs along with rear drums.
The seats have reportedly been reupholstered in red leather, and the cabin features a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. A Kenwood CD stereo is mounted under the dash, and a grab handle is affixed to the passenger-side of the cockpit.
A leather-wrapped Grant steering wheel fronts a central instrument panel that houses a suite of Smiths instrumentation including a reverse-sweep 6k-rpm tachometer , a 140-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows just under 53k miles, approximately 2k of which have been added by the seller. Total mileage is unknown.
The 3.4-liter inline-six features dual SU carburetors and an aluminum radiator and was factory-rated at 160 horsepower with 195 lb-ft of torque. A tune-up was recently performed per the seller. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
