Car has a buy it now price of $79,000 for 1 day. Car now said to be in Peru, New York. Same photos as used in '09.
Sellers description:
This car we are offering for sale has undergone a body off restoration. It was finished in the original and stunning color of British Racing Green with new leather biscuit interior with all new carpeting (the carpet is covered in the pictures). In addition, a new cloth top was installed with side curtains and a tonneau cover as well. It is an excellent running car that has the distinct Jaguar deep throated exhaust note. This Jaguar has excellent compression across every cylinder. It would be difficult to find a better driving XK. A new wiring harness was installed during the restoration. Furthermore, all the chrome was redone. There are receipts of the restoration available along with pictures of the process. The engine compartment and underside are both very clean as can be seen in the pictures. One cannot restore a Jaguar XK120 for the price of this car. This is one of the most desirable of colors for an XK or any Jaguar and is available for a fair price. This is NOT a JCNA Concours or Show car. It is a driver to be enjoyed!!

Sellers description:
1953 Jaguar XK120 SE Roadster, chassis number S675058. A gorgeous frame-off restoration, beautiful single stage PPG British Racing Green paint with supple Tan leather hides, powered by a 3.4 litre twin-overhead cam inline six-cylinder engine producing 180 horsepower, through a four-speed manual gearbox, the Jaguar XK120 was a prestigious vehicle and cost a hefty $3,345, and was produced in very low numbers. The designation "120" represented the vehicle's top speed of 120 miles-per-hour. The SE stands for Special Equipment, including wire wheels, high-lift cams (delivering 20 extra hp), stiffened suspension and a dual exhaust system. At the time, it was the fastest production car in the world. This phenomenal car is work of art, and runs and drives perfectly!

1954 Jaguar XK120 OTS "M" "SE"
"OTS" Open Two Seater
"M" Modified
"SE" Special Equipment
This outstanding classic underwent a comprehensive body off the chassis to bare metal, multi year, nut and bolt restoration. Every component on the car works just as it did when it departed the factory on February 22, 1954 and dispatched to Hoffman in New York, USA.
During restoration the body was refinished to its factory correct color of British Racing Green. The leather interior is of the finest Connolly Leather available, the carpet is 100% Wilton Wool, the interior kit was produced by Bill Bassett, considered one of the best and most respected in the vintage Jaguar community. The weather equipment includes a correct black Top & Side Curtains.
Special Equipment Cars were equipped with "M" Modified engines and "SE" Special Equipment.
The Chassis, Body, Engine and Gearbox, have been verified, each match the Original Chassis Commission Plate attached to Scuttle (firewall) and what is recorded in build records of the Jaguar Heritage Trust Archives.
This is not a "Trailer Queen", yes it is an outstanding car, a car with great gaps, fit and finish, but also it is an outstanding driving car, trailer queens are never driven. The engine compartment, boot and bottom have all been professionally detailed.
The car starts just as it should, turn the key let the original fuel pump fill the carbs and press the starter button. With the electric starting carb engaged the car idles at 1500 rpm's until the Otter switch cuts the power, after, the car idles at 700 rpm's, an additional switch has been installed to cut power to the starting car should the operator so choose. The oil pressure at starting about 55 to 60 lbs. and remains high until reaching operating temperature at which time the oil pressure at idle is between 20 to 30lbs.

US Title
Highly desirable “SE” specification
British Racing Green over biscuit Connelly leather interior
Numbers-matching engine block and body
Benefits from a previous restoration circa 2008 and nearly $8,000 USD of service completed January 2021
This attractive XK 120 SE Open Two-Seater (OTS), or Roadster, was dispatched to Max Hoffman’s New York City Jaguar dealership in late February 1954. Though the car’s earlier history is unknown, it evidently benefits from a complete restoration, said to have been completed in 2008. This restoration furnished the XK 120 SE with its present color combination of British Racing Green over a biscuit Connelly leather interior. The car has also been fitted with a black cloth top which folds beneath a matching tonneau, a perfect piece of equipment for wet-weather touring.
Though the car’s engine block is the numbers-matching unit, the present cylinder head is a non-C-Type replacement. Power is routed to a four-speed manual transmission and transmitted to the ground via a set of correct-type chrome wire wheels wrapped in Firestone tires.
In January 2021, the car was treated to an extensive servicing at Lamborghini of Houston which included the fitment of new tires, aluminum radiator, and servicing to the car’s fuel system, ancillaries, and carburetors. A paint correction regimen was also completed at this time.
