The car you are looking at has never been in a barn, it is the REAL deal. This 1952 XK 120 SE all correct number matching is certified by the Jaguar Daimler Trust. This car has been in climate controlled environments for many years. Normally we would have left the paint on the exterior of the car and not gone to the trouble and time of stripping it. As it was such a perfect body and fit we felt we should show you a true no rust, no stories XK. We thought we would strip the paint down to bare metal to show you the lack of body filler and rust this car DOES NOT HAVE. Most enthusiasts know that a multitude of sins and damage can be hidden under paint and primer no matter how good the story is. This car stands for itself, no stories, no excuses. We have so much faith in this beautiful survivor that we are listing it NO RESERVE. This should tell anybody looking for an XK that we have all the confidence in the world in this car. This XK is a true SE (special equipment or M). For those of you who don't know XK's, the SE came with an additional 20 horsepower, bigger cams, factory dual exhaust (still installed on this car), wire wheels and a stiffer spring for better handling. This particular car also came with windscreen washers which was rare.

look around the edge of the inner rockers where the wooden floor lies this car still has the original webbing on the edge. For those of you that have built XK's in the past, the fact that this car has never been cut on to replace rockers means that the fit and finish of everything is beautiful.

Before I receive 200 e-mails inquiring about the status how complete or if all the parts are here, the answer is "YES" AND "YES". This car has the complete top, side curtains, new grill, bumpers, misc. chrome hardware. Obviously, since this car came to us partially dissassembled there will be several minor pieces you might need for your re-assembly. But 95% is here including a complete interior.
