On September 7, 1994 I bought the bare chassis for this XK in Ann Arbor, MI and brought it to the Detroit area. When I bought it I was told it was a California car but never knew its fate whereby I was able to buy only the chassis. It is virtually unblemished and now restored with XK120 rolling and steering components. Although it does not have a body or drivetrain (yet!) it has been subjected to a concours restoration. Hopefully (maybe) I will finish this project and recreate a complete car.
