I have record of this car as belonging to David Owens on my XK Owners List. Can someone provide contact information for him? I would like to know the engine #, gearbox # and body # in case the parts for this car surface of have surfaced somewhere. We then can hopefully help him recover his car.

From the XK Gazette:
The following details were recorded in the March 2002 Issue of the XK Gazette, by David Bentley:
S667040 Manuafactured (Man) Sept '53. Reg KEA 91 (West Bromwich). I spotted KEA 91 on 29 Mar '75, coloured red. An entry appeared in the 1992 JDC XK Register Supplement - owner Robbie Blunt of Gwent, colour black. Subsequent register entries have not changed. However, on page 29 of the Jun '96 Jaguar Driver magazine, the car was reported by David Owens (presumably the new owner) of Gwent as stolen - "colour Black. The vehicle was stolen from Trellech, Nr Monmouth, Gwent, on the night of Thursday 25 Apr '96. Restoration had almost been completed - interior door panels and carpets are missing". [Distributor:P.J. Evans, Brimingham. Sold, via Ashmores, to Mr: R.P. Lovell, Stourbridge. Birch Grey/Red/French Grey. 1st RHD SE]
