'918 YUC' is an XK140 Roadster that vacated Jaguar's Browns Lane production line in 1954. Its British Racing Green bodywork is teamed with a Suede Green interior and the Jaguar sits on chrome wire wheels. It started life as a left-hand drive export car. Since repatriation it has been treated to an extensive restoration, during which it was converted to RHD and the engine replaced with another of 'standard' specification. The car has remained in the same UK ownership since 1996 and the vendor currently regards the bodywork as "very good" and the paintwork, engine and gearbox as "good". An eye-catching example that is expected to have a fresh MOT by the time of the sale.

The example being offered here is a stunning 1954 Roadster finished in British Racing Green with the interior finished in Sage green. Overall the car is described as being in good condition throughout having undergone a restoration which was completed in 1994. A photograph album detailing the restoration is supplied in the history file along with old MoT certificates and invoices.
A very pretty example of an exceptionally rare and desirable model.
