Chassis number '807050' is the 50th right-hand drive drophead coupé produced. Accompanying UK registration records list three previews owners from Sussex: Christopher McArthur (from 1969); Howard John Kirk (from 1971); and Richard Francis (from 1974). The car is recorded as being green at first, then red, then white, and finally its current Navy Blue. The vendor bought the XK in 2003 from Pichler GFG in Gstaad and advises us that it has been in Switzerland since 1974 (documented). There are invoices on file relating to the vendor's ownership totalling CHF80,000 for the car's maintenance over the past 18 years, including CHF42,000 spent on the engine in June 2006.
