This FHC example has been converted from left- to right-hand drive and is finished in Maroon with Tan leather upholstery. In order to further improve the driving experience it has been uprated with rack-and-pinion steering and XJ6 disc brakes. The vendor informs us that the Jaguar's bodywork, paintwork, interior trim, six-cylinder engine and four-speed manual gearbox are all in "very good" order. A fresh MOT is expected by the time of sale and the odometer currently shows 56,269 unwarranted miles.

Sellers description:
Jaguar XK120 FHC
The XK120 fixed head. The most beautiful production car of all time in my view. This particular fixed head coupe 120 was manufactured and exported to the USA in 1953. Returning to the UK in 1991 it was fully restored, converted to right hand drive rack and pinion steering with disc brake upgrades and other subtle upgrades to make a car prepared for gentle touring rallies. The car was kept as part of a collection of rally and competition cars for the next 20 years until this year when we purchased the car.
Retaining its original well functioning Moss box this really is a lovely XK. Guy has worked on the car and further improved it to a point where we are delighted to offer the car for sale
It is ready to be used as is or further upgraded to a new owners ideal specification. Personally I really like this car and unusually enjoy the Moss box too!
Super
Update: We are just putting the finishing touches to the car after having it resprayed in a stunning opalescent deep burgendy metallic. It will be ready from the first week of October. This really has to be seen to be appreciated!
