Chassis 677796 being sold on car and classic as a RHD OTS, restoration looks really nice, shame it was not kept original as per XK Date shows a LHD DHC.

Car offered at:

www.carandclassic.com/car/C1619406

Note: data plate shown is not original and incorrect as mentioned above is for a LHD DHC, while the car offered here is a RHD OTS. The original 677796 was delivered to the USA via Max Hoffman but was later imported to New Zealand. Further research is suggested.

Seller's description:

Stunning Example of this model in the right colour combination.

Beautiful Body and paint

Immaculate Interior

Clean and nicely polished engine

Manifolds just had these all powder coated

Aluminium racing radiator

Stainless exhaust system

Moto Lita Wooden Steering Wheel

Wire wheel conversion adapter kit fitted, spline hubs, knockoffs

5 new spoke wire wheels – green enamel finish

The gearbox is a full synchro 4 speed with O/ drive.

This car sounds awesome and is so nice and easy to drive.

A STUNNING example, that will only appreciate in value.

Car will be sold WOF'd and Registered if sold in New Zealand.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
