    Sellers description:
    Completely original, never restored !

A unique discovery since this beautiful Jaguar XK120 DHC is completely original and never restored. Original paint, original interior trim, comes with all original accessories and documentation and with only 52.000 miles on the clock.

This car was produced on the 17th of July 1953 in British Racing Green with Tan interior trim. Dispatched on the 13th of August 1953, through Hornburg, Los Angeles USA to its first owner R Palmer.

During 1956 the car was transferred to Kenneth Linscott of Denver, Colorado who kept the car until the nineties.

Now the car is beautifully preserved, in running and driving condition with extremely nice and well preserved interior trim. On some places the paint has been polished so much that the primer can be seen slightly through the paint.

The car comes with its original accessories like a complete tool roll, jack with rachet lever, wheelbrace, tyre pump and a grease gun under the bonnet.

Original Literature like the Operating, Maintenance and Service Handbook, a full set of original unused Owners' Registration Cards, Jaguar Overseas Distributors and Dealers list, Drophead Coupe Instructions for operating the Head, Trico Windscreen Washer instructions, Teclamit Lubricating Oil Filter Service Instructions.

Matching numbers, comes with a Heritage Certificate.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
