This 1952 Jaguar XK120 roadster reportedly remained with the prior owner from the late 1950s until 2025, and it was refinished in British Racing Green over tan leather in the 1980s. The car is powered by a 3.4-liter inline-six linked with a four-speed manual transmission and is equipped with a tan convertible top, removable side curtains, a split front windshield, front driving light, 16″ steel wheels with hubcaps and bright trim rings, an AM/FM radio, and Smiths gauges. This XK120 roadster is now offered by the selling dealer at no reserve with a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, the owner’s manual, service records, spare wheels and other parts, and a clean Arizona title.
Finished from the factory in Suede Green, the car was repainted British Racing Green in the mid-1980s, and exterior equipment includes a tan convertible top, a split front windshield, chrome front bumpers, front driving light, chrome rear bumperettes, and a polished exhaust outlet. Turn signals have been added below the front bumpers.
Tan-finished 16″ steel wheels with hubcaps and bright trim rings are mounted with Michelin tires. The car was factory equipped with an independent front suspension with telescopic-type hydraulic shock absorbers as well as semi-elliptical rear leaf springs and Girling hydraulic rear shock absorbers. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel drums. A tandem brake master cylinder was installed in February 2025.
The cabin features bucket seats that have been reupholstered in tan leather complemented by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include an AM/FM radio, aftermarket speakers, a passenger-side grab handle, door map pockets, and a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror.
The four-spoke steering wheel fronts Smiths instrumentation including a 140-mph speedometer, a reverse-sweep 6k-rpm tachometer with an inset analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 41k miles.
The replacement 3.4-liter DOHC inline-six was installed some time ago and is equipped with dual SU carburetors. The engine is said to have been rebuilt in the mid-1980s. An oil change was performed in February 2025.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The transmission and differential fluids were changed in preparation for the sale.
Spare parts, a spare set of wire-spoke wheels, a tool kit, a tonneau cover, and removable side curtains accompany the vehicle.
The Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate lists the factory colors and serial numbers along with a build date of August 22, 1952.
