Left-hand drive car exported to the USA in March 1952. "Jaguar Heritage Trust" certificate of authenticity available.
Original engine and chassis.
Purchased "as is" in the USA in 2003 by the current owner and shipped to Europe for restoration.
Complete restoration to new in 2003-2006, carried out in Switzerland, France and England.
Option taken to make it a driver's car compatible with current traffic conditions, and able to participate in rallies, rather than a simple elegance competition car.
Refurbished original engine, 2500 km done since.
Completely rebuilt bodywork by Leaping Cats Limited, Bulkington, UK.
Interior leather trim redone in 2006.
Restored car imported and put back into circulation in Switzerland in May 2007.
