    From The Jaguar XK120 in the Southern Hemisphere (2009) by Elmgreen & McGrath

    Bahrain, fate unknown, head only in California

    John Elmgreen (from Sydney, Australia) and Terry McGrath (Perth, Western Australia) have been extreme XK enthusiasts since the 1970s if not before. In 1985 they published "The Jaguar XK in Australia". It was described by Alan Clark (Jaguar expert, historian, Minister in the UK Thatcher government) as amongst Jaguar books "my own personal favourite" and by Jaguar automobilia expert Ian Cooling as a superb book standing "supreme in the Jaguar library as a testament to years of diligent research and scholarship". Terry McGrath is also co-author of the monumental "Forerunners of Jaguar in Australasia and SE Asia". The new book "The Jaguar XK120 in the Southern Hemisphere" is to be followed in due course by XK140 and XK150 volumes.

    This car was taken apart by an old Jaguar/Porsche Mechanic he passed away shortly after leaving this as you see it.
    I inventoried all parts and this car appears to be very complete. thee are some items that are missing that would need to be replaced anyways, mostly rubber items, such as bushings, and ball joints.
    Engine includes. crank, pistons, block in great condition
    Gearbox
    Driveline
    Rear end
    door skins and internals
    windshield and frame
    chassis which is very solid and ready for stripping and paint
    seat frames
    Convertible top frame
    a-arms, front and rear suspension including leaf springs and tortion bars
    spindles/hubs/all steel wheels
    bonnet in excellent condition
    missing one rear quarter panel and dash gauges Possibly some other odds and ends, have a box full of nuts and bolts.
