Sellers description:
Recently completed frame off restoration started with solid car from 30+ years storage. (Exact mileage unknown-came with broken odometer). All chassis and steel body parts were media blasted. Minor rust (in door hinge and shut pillars) was cut out and replaced with new metal by W.E.S.
Classic Old English White paint is Dupont Basecoat/Clearcoat (has yet to be finish sanded and polished. Handsome new complete interior in Z tone tan and biscuit hides by BAS. They also reconditioned and painted the top and seat frames. Tan cloth top and tonneau cover not yet installed.
Restoration was completed to be as original as when delivered by dealer (accept for the addition of silicon heat shield mat under carpets and electric radiator cooling fan. These will significantly enhance your driving experience.
All systems have been thoroughly reconditioned. You are encouraged to inspect this car and examine all records prior to bidding.
Engine completely rebuilt including carbs, generator and starter. New clutch, front shocks, rear leaf springs minus leather "Gaiters". New gas tank, fuel pump and gas lines. New wiring harness and batteries. Rebuilt regulator. Gages restored by Nisonger. New brake linings, wheel cylinders, master cylinder and brake lines. New stainless steel exhaust system. New radiator core, thermostat and housing. New tires. All chrome is new or re-plated. All rubber belts, hoses, grommets, pedal pads, etc. replaced. Only items left undone are side curtains. (Have original, good fitting, not pretty) and tools. Have good tool roll, complete set of Whitworth sockets and closed end wrenches, tire brace, tire pump, jack ratchet, spats key, grease gun, tommy bars, bleeder kit.
Some spares include: PF770 Headlights, N.O.S. belts and hoses, front license plate holder. Also have period fiberglass hardtop (Glastek) and side curtains....could be restored to look like Tyrone Power sytle hardtop!!!
This is an Excellent restored car. It is now new. It is not perfect. It is still a used car.

Concours restored early XK 120 Roadster. It is presented in Old English White with the visually pleasing tan and saddle Connelly leather interior and fitted with a tan canvas top. This fine British motorcar has benefited from a painstaking, ten-year long restoration and is correct right down to the Dunlop Road Speed RS5 tyres. The original driveline was also rebuilt to JCNA specifications. Included in the sale are receipts and documents outlining the details of the restoration. Since the restoration was completed, approximately two years ago, the motor car has only traveled an enjoyable 1,653 miles.
