Notes:
Rebodied in LA by the “Kustom King” George Barris. Of note are the lowered body, front headlight treatment, curved sides, de-seamed rear wings, revised boot lid and rear lights. The engine has been blue-printed and the head gas-flowed. Twin 12v batteries and alternator and halogen headlights. Front seats recently retrimmed in black leather and have alternative standard seat backs and bucket seats trimmed to match.

671149 1951 May 120 Roadster LHD Silver and Black trim Engine W 2722-7 UK reg MSU839 This is a special car as it received the “custom treatment” by legendary Los Angles builder George Barris and still came out looking like an XK. Listed in JD register as Jonathon Radgick of London and a previous owner is said to be film star Elizabeth Taylor. A feature article by the then owner appeared in the Gazette May 2004.
