Current bid $12,600 reserve not met, 5 bids 6 days left in auction. Car now said to be in Canton, Ohio. 4k miles.

    Sellers description:
1950 3 1/2 Litre Jaguar xk 120 roadster with matching numbers. I recently purchased this car, but have no time to restore. The previous owner had this car tucked away for many years, so it will need some attention. I do not have much history on this car. In a very positive sense, this car represents a true survivor. It has the original matching number engine and transmission. This rare Jaguar will be a excellent candidate for restoration.

I have owned the car for just over 10 years & am in the process of restoring it , the car is now right hand drive & has it original jaguar body & chassis, albeit the body shell needed extensive repairs
The car has discs brakes front & rear & a jaguar 4 syncro gear box

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
